LOL.  Don't get your panties all in a wad David.  :-)  For some of us an SUV 
is a better choice.  Your line there where you downgraded your GTI to "at 
least as safe" (last post it was safer than an SUV) and said "is in every 
way a better vehicle for me" says it all.

PS - I don't own an SUV either.  A Chevy 2WD pickup suits my needs 
perfectly.
