Rick,

They are probably off....

Or you have a really LOW rear in that thing ;)  Or the wrong  
speedometer gear in the tranny maybe???  Or a bad speedo cable?  Or  
the cable is pushed into the speedo too far?

I get 70mph cruising speed with no problem (about 4600rpm on my tach)  
and the front end begins to float at just over 90MPH.  A local cop  
clocked me at 70 on Radar  while I was holding 70 on the speedometer.
