As a fellow Mini owner, I would suggest leaving the spare tire at home, 
filling the the well with ice/beer/soda and leaving a package of Zig-Zags on 
the front seat.  But's that just one man's opinion......and heck, I'm from 
MA and watch curling!!!!!!!!
