Phil,
A great mount for Facet style pumps is to use an MGB, Austin
Healey transmission mount. Moss 413-050, Beck/Arnley 104-0369 (at
NAPA). The 2 hole plate matches the pump's flange, and the 1 stud
will fit in some 5/16 hole you're bound to have somewhere. Quiets it, too.
