There is the problem
The signals and harn are seperate fuses.
Someone has the fuse box wired wrong.
White wire on 1 side fused to green wires
Brown wire on 1 side fused to brown/?? (Horn wire)
1 fuse works the tach, fuel, brake lights and signal.
The other works the horn.
4 fuse cars just have the greens fused with 2 fuses (see connection
under fuse box, and the other is for parking lamps I think (red wire)
