Next step for clueless - bearing removal

I'm trying to replace the oil seal in one of the rear hubs and it has been
quite an ordeal and learning experience.  I've finally managed to remove the
hub.  Now the manual says to press out the bearing.  Does this require any
special tools or techniques?  Thanks.
