It all depends on what the chassis rot situation is.
Even if you do welding and fabrication work...just the proper steel to
repair & replace the typical rot is very expensive to do.
So, if this car is a rust free tub (and I have no idea if it is or isn't
unless I personally inspected it), then its value begins to approach the
asking price.
