If you think this is bad, try the Italian to English translations in any
Vespa shop manual. I eventually found it easier to learn Italian than to
figure out their English. These Chinese ads are funny, but It's not as
humorous when you're trying to understand how not to put a bearing in
backwards, etc.  Even my old Honda 50 owners manual had the warning:
"Do no blip engine when cold - to do so will void warranty".  I figured that
pretty much got them off the hook, but It's always amazed me that billion
dollar companies like Vespa or Honda couldn't afford to hire just one proof
reader who speaks English as a first language. I also wonder what kind of
manuals accompany American products sold overseas.
