Hello Flash.,

       less horsepower than a shifter cart?.... an ARBITRARY LIMIT!!!
       what about Berkely's?  how about a Crosley Hot Shot? .. my
       immediate research shows some carts with twin 250 cc motors
       develop up to 90 hp! that's more than most of our sprites!..

       not to start a flame war, but FIE on that limitation.. sports
       cars are in the seat of the wheel holder (eye of the beholder?)
