[Spridgets] E-Brake Adjustment.

Hello Spridgets,

  i've recently done my rear brakes.. i did all the stuff about
  disconnecting the E-brake, did the brake job (new shoes,
  cylinders) adjusted the brakes THEN hooked up the E-brake again, and
  for the first time in years had a good 3 or 4 click hold on the
  E-brake....... ....    ......... all of the sudden it went loose
  again. sits almost straight up before grabbing...

  now the question. can i simply release it, (with the rear jacked up)
  unhook it, and hook it back up again, then adjust, or should i just
  crawl underneath and adjust using the the barrel/sleeve thingy?
