I AM my own club. With all the Sprites I have I just belong to the
Clarici Sprite Club.
I used to belong to AHCA but like Buster, I gave it up.
I used to belong to AHST but none of them ever drove their Healeys to
any event. Cloudy, will get dark before I get home, Too hot, too cold,
it snowed, they always had an excuse and always drove their BJ9s (honduhs)
I started a local Brit club, Positive Earth DRIVERS Club which is still
around but I haven't been to an event or meeting in about 5 years.
If I go to a show, it has a swap meet. I do not campaign for votes, I
shop for parts. I do attend the local cruise nights just to BS with all
the other old farts in their old carts.
I can figure out lots of better ways to spend my time instead of sitting
in a parking lot for 5 or 6 hours while people look at cars.

Now as for dizzy caps..... I have 2 brown in and out, they say LUCAS on
them. They are used but in nice shape.
I have 2 more that are brown inside and painted black, 1 might be NOS
but the paint has some chipping and scratches on it. It is not in a box.
They say LUCAS on them.
I have another old one that is all black, it does NOT say Lucas on it.
I also have a new old stock LUCAS red bubble pack and that cap is ALL
BROWN. It says Lucas Birmingham on the package but on a tag it says
"made in West Germany" I do not know how old it is, probably late 60s
early 70s.
So black paint over brown? All brown? pink with purple stripes?
What is correct for a 1968 Sprite? I do not know.
