HF sells cheap Chinese tools, but so does everybody else.
I frequently see the same tool, painted a different color and with a brand
name like Sears or Milwaukee. They're usually three or four times the price.
At least the Harbor stuff is cheap enough that you can throw it away if it
breaks, and not feel ripped off.
I'd rather have good quality, but if that's not an option, I'll take
disposable.
