[Spridgets] Brake bleed question

I did some work on my race Bugeye's braking system and
had totally drained the system. I refilled and bled
with the Speedbleeders very successfully in minutes,
solo. The pedal is great. I was wondering what your
(plural) thoughts are on bleeding right at the Tilton
master cylinders. There are bleed ports at each, and I
wonder if that would be best because it is at the
highest point in the lines or worst beacuse it's
upstream of the calipers/wheel cylinders. Pic:
