Yes, the AR Libre (and copies) came in 5 inch width. I have several sets of
them, 3 sets currently in the garage and a few more in storage.

Since I don't have mine on yet I can't answer the tire fit question on a
Spridget though. I currently have Minators with 165/70's which fit perfect.
175 width tires are tight on a square arch but they will fit with a little
fender clearance work (AKA baseball bat treatment).

A 5 inch wheel is the minimum recommended for a 185/60-13 tire. 5.5 or 6 is
much better.

As I recall, Mr. Danielson from NE had those wheels on his spridget.
Maybe he can chime in.

I think the Khumo powerstar 758 in 175/70-13 is a good choice for 5 inch
wide rims.
However, I always thought the AR Libre wheel was 5.5 inches wide.
