Go to:
http://bgsoflex.com/auto.html

Then scroll down on the left to rpm range program...

Here is a sample output. The key item is to go measure you tire diameter.

Differential Gear = 4.22 to 1
Transmission Gear = 1.00 to 1
Tire Diameter (Inches) = 22.76
Tire Growth Factor = 0.000100 (Inches/(MPH*MPH))
Computation Results:
Vehicle Computed Tire Xmisssion
 MPH RPM Growth(In) Eff (%)

Subject: [Spridgets] calculating speed

Hi, I was just wondering if someone could help me out with the speed I was
going... I have a stock 4spd tranny, 4.55 rear end, 7000rpm, and tires are
65" in circumference.

Thank you guys! I just installed a new rear axle because it was broken, and
I switched diffs to a 4.22 and when i removed the 4.55 a handfull of teeth
came out with it.

Sincerely,
Matt Hagopian
