It's hard to make any sense from that. However, it think it means it  
recommends a 5 or 6 point belt set as being superior to a 4 point belt  set.  
It DOES 
NOT mean don't fit a 4 point but stick with a lap strap or  lap strap and 
diagnonal.

Undo is one touch. 

According to Pyrotect's  website:
