My son sold goods on Ebay, was paid via paypal like usual.
Buyer got the goods and left + feedback.
3 weeks later buyer says there were no goods in the box, bitched to
Paypal and paypal took the money out of my son's account.
My son had a tracking number and a signature for the goods. The buyer
was just trying to scam the seller.
It took a week or so but my son did get his money back and promptly
canceled his paypal account.
