Here in Portland, OR. the city also has an aerial view of your place.  If
you want to build a shed with a permit, they know how many more square feet
of buildings, driveway surfaces and walkways your lot can have according to
what is already in place.  Photos are constantly updated!  They aren't
google pics either, they have a local fellow do it.

Big brother knows what you're doing!  He will tax you on a non permit shed,
too!!
