Went to buy four new tires for my wife's Malibu today. Tire guy recommended a
set of Uniroyals for $325. I asked if they were made in China. After a 10
minute search, he said, "Yeah." I told him to find me a set made in the US.
He sold me a set of Vanderbuilt tires for $430. You have to make a stand
sometime. Of course, they're a much better, premium tire so I think I got what
I paid for.
