I have 3-point retractable seat belts and find them unsatisfying.  They only 
function in a crash, which means the will not hold you tightly in your seat 
under normal hard turning.  I like the feeling of being "bolted" to the car 
and driving by feel through my butt.  You can't get that from retractable 
belts.  I will upgrad to 4-point belts.
