I think we have gone far enough with this so:
There were no Frogeyes with trunks . The Cape may have made a mock
up in 1960 but it never ended up on a car.
An after-market company did offer a trunk conversion, cut out and
weld in with formed sides (a la MGA) - Sorry don't know name
A few enterprising individuals may have used the MGA as a base for a
conversion.
For the record, all parts mentioned to date were already in the BMC parts bin
Finally, there is a reason this car is again for sale - P T Barnum was right!
