I am planning to buy a 1961 Sprite. However, it has no top. It has the top
bows, just none of the original top parts.
Since I plan to drive the car back from California to Texas I would truly
like a top. Does anyone have any recommendations. Should I gamble on the
$100 Robbins top? Also, whatever top I buy will come without the rear metal
piece that slides under the rear clips and also will not have the metal
strip that gives the front of the top rigidity to fit in the grove on the
windshield.
Any ideas? Anybody have any top parts in their garage they want to give
away/sell?
