Now speaking for the opposition, WWFD. Frank would not have told you
no. Cars have been restored from hulks in far worse shape, some from
molecules that vaguely remembered having flown in close formation. If
it has that kind of sentimental value to you, your odds of completion
have improved. You CAN do it, especially if you have those welding and
bodywork skills that I lack. I will be jealous...
