Dry gas or "Heet" or any of the other variations are nothing but alcohol.  The
idea is the alcohol will absorb any water in your fuel and "dry" it out.  Gas
with ethanol in it already has a great propensity to absorb water from the
air.  Therein lies one of the many problems with this type of fuel.
