I've used several products and liked them both.  I bought a product from
Eastwood many years ago that worked well, it was a polish and you supplied
a wool pad and sanding paper.  It worked great.

Other product I used was the 3m as mentioned below, it too works well.
If you have yellowing from the inside then no system will work and you will
need to replace the housing/lens. The key is to treat the lens as you would
any thing you are sanding go in steps, take your time.
