No, it isn't. Finches are little, warm, fuzzy things that just sing from time to
time. They (finches) do not sing as much as Canaries, however. Had we ended up
with a bird like Irv's parrot - well, the cat wouldn't have been the one that
disappeared.
BTW, since you only live 2 miles away I'm going to be coming after those 2
pictures real soon.
