Oil, Gasoline & Lead

Looking for a quick survey of fluid preferences:

        1) Oil - 10W40, 20W50, or what?

        2) Gasoline Octane - 87, 92, 94, or what?

        3) Lead - add it to the unleaded fuel, or not?
