Jim,

Since you've replaced almost everything relating to your brakes, I'm betting 
than your caster is not equal on left and right.  Car will pull to the side 
with the least caster.  Does it pull slightly to the right at high speed on 
flat road with no crosswind?  A small pull without the brakes turns into a 
hard pull with braking.  A 1/32" shim can make the difference; just try 
inc;reasing the caster on the right or decreasing on the left (I assume one 
or the other is set a max caster).  Hope this helps.
