Oh yes, one more detail.  If you don't have the F4B that was
specifically made for the Tiger. the temp sender threads are wrong, and
your sender won't fit.  It cannot be re-tapped to the required 9/16 x 18
tpi that is required, as the pipe thread stock hole is too big.  You
have about two choices here.  One is to drill the hole out larger and
put an adapter that goes from the larger hole down to the 9/16-18.
Another is to clean out the metal by drilling, for a clean surface, then
filling in with heli-arc aluminum.  Then you drill out the new material
and tap for the correct size.  There is no sender that is compatible
with the pipe thread and the current gauge.  Filling up the space with
teflon tape is not a good practice.  There is a ground wire in the
harness, but it wont be needed if you thread into metal.
