I am in the process of replacing my rear main seal on my '65 260. I had to go back to rope seal in the rear main cap because there is a nipple in the center the slot for the seal. I have two questions. #1 Is there a similar nipple in the top portion of the seal? #2 What is the proper torque value for the main cap? Thanks, Bruiser |
