    All Tigers and Series Alpines were built as unibody cars.  A new feature for
the late 50's and 60's European cars.  Replacing entire fenders would involve a
great deal of work, and should only be done by a capable body shop.  It sounds
like the Tiger you have found, is one that may have been heavily reworked over
the years for racing purposes, and maybe quite expensive to return to stock
condition.
