I am confused by your GT Tiger posting. It seems to me that
your paragraphs, and statements, jump from Alpines to Tigers
and back.
The only concepts applicable to the Tiger are:
1) Some early ones had vinyl dash boards, but did have full
carpet.
2) There were a few, but exactly known, number of GT Tigers
made.
3) There were many optional hardtops bought by the rest of
the Tiger buyers, who had the full folding top and were not
GT's.
All the rest seem to be Alpine comments.
Did I misunderstand your post?
