Here, in California, my float bowls are at least half empty by morning.  Even in
the day, the engine soak back, while parked for a short time, will empty those
float bowls.  My SU's always click some during the day, and chatter a few 
seconds
every morning.  Maybe your fuel has a higher vapor pressure.
