Favorite Trick # 36..... Remove the ground bolt in the trunk wall and clean
(Really Clean) to bare metal on both sides.  Reinstall a 3/8 bolt and a new
matching nut.  Braze or weld the nut to the back wall of the trunk
(underneath the car) using care not to over due and capture the bolt.
Remove the bolt and reclean the metal.  Retap the nut as necessary.  Cover
a 1 inch diameter surounding the bolt hole in the trunk with masking tape.
Prime ,paint, and undercoat the remaining bare metal.  Remove the masking
,reinstall the battery cable with a clean bolt, star shake washer and flat
washer and tighten.  You'll never loose that connection again.
