Dick, I counted the revolutions of the wheel to determine my gear ratio,
without taking off the cover.  Saved the mess.

There was a tag on the diff cover bolt that was stamped C54.  My
counting of the revolution ended up with approximately a 3.54 ratio.

Do you know how to read this tag?  Friend said that C was 3, and 54 was
the rest of the ratio. 

How do you like your 3.54 ratio, and how do you use your car? 

I have a T-5 that I am installing in my MK1.
