Dennis,

It depends on how much you want to spend, but I have seen a couple of 
covers that inflate using 110v. They basically become a mini garage around 
your car/boat.  The problem with traditional "waterproof" covers is they 
allow moisture to gather under the fabric and cause mold and mildew in your 
car anyway. These inflatable covers keep the air circulating.  I know of a 
couple of places to get them if your interested, but they cost around $800.00.
