bumper brakcet.

well I do not have to many gripes about the P.O. but this tops the cake.
apparently he did some welding on the front end. new fenders,valence and
such. well when the he worked on the frame he did not weld in the bumper
nuts to the frame. I am guessing that I will have to cut/reweld them. what a
pain. on the back bumper is there a spacer between the car and the mounting
bracket? mine seems close to the body.
