McLeod Bearing

Tigers,
I'm using a McLeod Throw Out bearing.  I ran the line tonight from the
cylinder to the slave and bled the line.  All seemed fine.  But the
pedal is now rock solid with no movement.

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
