While Tom's recommendations are right to the point, I did read
of one more issue on the McLeod bearing. There is a
connecting tube between the hydraulic actuating unit and the
throw-out bearing. This is supposed to be adjusted to just
contact the throw-out bearing with no hydraulic actuation.
Then, when the hydraulic unit travels it's maximum distance,
it is actually depressing the clutch, rather than trying to
reach it.
Just an additional thought.
