hardtop window trim

I'm down to the last couple of steps on my hardtop.  What holds the metal
trim around the rear window in place?  Do I just apply some kind of sealant
to the end and shove it in place?  And how the hell do you install the two
little clips that cover the gap between the two trim pieces?  Since
everything (top and gasket) is black, I'm tempted to just leave the whole
thing off!
