A very professional and excellent reply to a difficult situation. I certaintly
can understand both sides and how you may be overly optimistic and possitive in
tring to help. People should understand that getting items from the UK will take
twice as long as planned. Stating your side in the way you did, shows your
Sincerety. Keep up the good work!!
