A number of people have found those little square Facet pumps to be fairly
reliable.  Tiger Tom used to sell them as replacements.  I think I saw the
same pump labeled "Purolator" a few years back.  I've had an old one in the
Tiger for years, back from when they had only one type.  Now they have
several versions, so check the pressures and flow rates carefully.

They run continuously, making a buzzing rattling noise, which is completely
overwhelmed when you start the engine.
