The stock Alpine and Tiger steering wheels were (are) adjustable. The
center round "horn" button, that isn't, unscrews to loosed clamping.
Just a few turns does it. Then you push/pull the rim to the desired
position, and clamp it in place by screwing the non-horn button back in.
Sometimes the splines get a little rusty, and need some TLC to work again.
