Curt, Duncan,

I guess this must be a slow List day. ;-)  All Windsor motors through '65
have the 5-bolt bell housing pattern, including the '64 and '65 289's, which
as Duncan says, are externally identical to the later 260 motors that came
with Tigers. You could put a 302 crank or even stroke it more if you wanted
to a still maintain the "260" external appearance.
