After aimlessly surfing the web one evening, I stumbled across this site
(http://www.metalshapers.org) where they showed a number of metal working
shops with projects in process. This shop in particular
(http://www.metalshapers.org/shopviews/classic_metal.html) caught my eye after
the discussion about sheetmetal welding techniques. About mid way down the
page you'll see the method that this profesional shop uses to weld in a panel.
In fact, it matches the method that was taught to me by an English friend who
runs a respected MG restoration shop near Colchester.
