There is a "Girling Red Rubber Grease" that comes with the original
Girling rebuild kits, and is meant to lubricate the center valve and
piston, piston bores, and M/C valves.
It is also available in larger tubes.
For example, see page 16 of "Section K - Brakes" in the Rootes Workshop
Manual. If you do not have one, it is posted on
http://www.TigersUnited.com in the Technical Tips, Factory Manuals
section. It is also mentioned in other brake section and clutch slave sections.
