FYI. I ordered the shifter and trim ring today from Everett Morrison. I
thought the trim ring was a little pricey at $55, but it is worth it to me.
The shifter was $75, but it isn't in stock and will take a couple of weeks
to fabricate. I'll let you know how they look when they arrive.
