Rick,
Coincidence that I did that just two days ago. First you will need a
press. Assuming you have one get yourself a piece of 2"O.D. (1-3/4" I.D.)
1/8" wall pipe. I found mine in the back yard. Cut it to whatever length
seems appropriate to the length of the fulcrim pin and your presses
adjustment spacing (for me it was 4"-5"). It it important to cut it square
and I found that running a file at an angle around the inside edge helps to
center the a-arm.
Position your press plates so that the pipe is over the hole (most plates
have holes or Vee's to facilitate pressing items through. Then position the
pin through the pipe and with a nut fastened even with the pin start
pressing. This works best with two people (on holding, one pressing), but I
was able to do it myself.
TWO WORDS OF CAUTION -
1. Make sure the bevel washer is centered on the bushing mount hole before
attempting to press the pin through. Don't even with the above caution
expect the washer to survive (sorry).
2. Be very careful you stop and add a spacer to the top of the pin when
needed. It is very easy to bent the a-arm and you don't want to do that.
Now........ , how to put it back together. Well I'm not there yet (I'm still
welding in ALL the crossmember mods recommended). Likely I will cut a pipe
(slotted down the side to go over the pin) to just fit between the a-arm
bushing mounts and press the new bushings in.
Anyway, if you have more money than time it may be easier to take it to
SOMEONE WHO KNOWS WHAT THEY ARE DOING (not just a shop with a press) to have
it done.

P.S. I have found it invaluable to keep all the old bearing, races etc..
I have pressed out. An old bearing race from my rearend rebuild worked great
for a support when it came time to press out the old upper ball joint.
