Hello Listers,
I found your e-mail address in the back of the British Car magazine
June-July 2002 issue. I am trying to locate owners of 1955-early 1956
Hillman Minx Mark VIII cars of any body style or condition to share
restoration tips and locate parts.
My car is a 1955 Hillman Minx Mark VIII Convertible with OHV engine. My
car has a badly damaged front right fender and front grille. Please see my

in my car next to me owns and drives daily a 1970 MG Midget. I've only had
it since June 14, 2002.
If you know of anyone in your club that is into these vintage Rootes Group
cars, I would appreciate you passing on my information to them.
I sent e-mails out like this when I was restoring my 1947 Studebaker M16
Fire Engine and met so many informative people. But I only have this
little car to play with now and it is my first British car.
