Cooling Problems

What are the latest thoughts on Tiger cooling?  My Tiger is back on the road
and is puking after short runs.  The water temperature is about 190 degrees.
I have an electric fan in front, in addition to a regular fan and normal fan
shroud.  The air horn holes are plugged and I am running a spoiler.  The hood
is louvered.  Ignition is not advanced and car is not running lean.

What is the preferred radiator these days?  And other thoughts to keeping the
beast running cooler.
